The workspace must adapt to the new lifestyles and work styles. The layout of this studio is based on a hybrid concept, part office, part home. It’s a flexible space where individuals have the freedom to choose their physical working environment, whether in collaboration with others or in solitude, with the complete freedom to select the space and the right lighting in a prosaic manner that suits specific situations.
Defined spaces, yet permeable, with windows facing the outside and between rooms, ensure transparency that promotes natural light and privacy simultaneously. Transparency becomes synonymous with clear processes and the free flow of ideas.
Enthusiasm becomes the driving force of work, resulting in obvious benefits for productivity and, ultimately, customer satisfaction. The well-being of the workers takes precedence. Constant exposure to new stimuli can enhance their quality of life and substantially increase productivity. It is essential to promote the right balance between natural and artificial light, choose eco-friendly materials, ensure proper ventilation, and soundproof the spaces.
The studio becomes an extension of the home, with spaces like the kitchen furnished with elements that provide warmth and texture, and the outdoor terrace with sofas for breaks in the open air among the plants. The textured finishes create a tactile sense of the environment that instills serenity.
Private offices make way for shared spaces, transforming into coworking areas that foster relationships and generate opportunities for diverse encounters, facilitating the exchange of ideas.
